Located in the Dianda building has double external access developed on one level. The open space is equipped with a kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, sink and hobs with everything you need to cook, dining table. In the living / sleeping area besides the antibagno and bathroom with window and shower, you will find a double sofa bed, LED TV, ideal double bed for two people. The house is equipped with an independent heating system. The building has been recently refurbished in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy saving laws.
