Rosaleen House

The Rosaleen house is located on the right corner of the new “cottage” with magnificent views of Mount Cimone, the prevailing color of the finishes is ice, has direct access from the garden and develops on two levels. On entering there is the large living room with double sofa bed, table, 2 windows, 32 inch LED TV, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, oven, sink and electric hobs with everything you need to cook. The bathroom is equipped with sink, pot, bidet, shower and panoramic window. From the living room we access the wooden staircase to the large loft where there are two double beds, featuring & nbsp; from the wooden covering floor. The house is equipped with an independent heating system, emergency light, mountain-style furniture, floors and wooden floors. The building has been recently constructed in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy saving laws, with low environmental impact, using solar thermal system for the production of hot water and pellets for winter heating.
