Restan House

Is the largest house in the whole “cottage”, the prevailing color of the finishes is orange, has direct access from the garden and develops on two levels. On entering there is the large living room with sofa, table, two windows, 32 inch LED TV, kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, sink and electric hobs with everything you need to cook. The bathroom features a washbasin, pot, bidet, shower and window, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, featuring a wooden roof deck with classic slopes of mountain roofs. From the living room we are accessed by a wooden staircase to the large loft where there are two double beds, also characterized by the wooden covering floor. The house is equipped with an independent heating system, emergency light, mountain-style furniture, floors and wooden floors. The building has been recently constructed in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy saving laws, with low environmental impact, using solar thermal system for the production of hot water and pellets for winter heating.
