House of Four Hearts

The house of the Four Hearts, is located in the center of the new complex “the cottage”, the prevailing color of the finishes is celestial, has direct access from the garden and develops on two levels. On entering there is a large living room with double sofa bed, table, window, 32 inch LED TV, kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, sink and electric hobs with everything you need to cook. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, pot, bidet and shower. From the living room we access the wooden staircase to the large loft where there are two double beds, featuring a wooden covering. The house is equipped with an independent heating system, emergency light, mountain-style furniture, floors and wooden floors. The building has been recently constructed in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy saving laws, with low environmental impact, using solar thermal system for the production of hot water and pellets for winter heating.
