Description
It is one of the largest houses in the complex “Dianda”, has direct access from the garden with Bealin house, and develops completely on the first floor. Entering the kitchen / living room with sofa, table, windows, 32 inch LED TV, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, oven, sink and gas hobs with everything you need to cook. The bathroom features a washbasin, pot, bidet, shower and window, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, featuring a wooden deck with classic slopes of mountain roofs. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and a single bed, also featuring a wooden covering floor. The house is equipped with an independent heating system, floors and wooden floors. The building has been recently refurbished, with low environmental impact, using solar thermal system for hot water production and pellets for winter heating.
