Duleek House

The Duleek House is located on the right corner of the new “cottage” with a beautiful view on the summit of Mount Cimone, the prevailing color of the finishes is red, has direct access from the garden and develops all on the ground floor. On entering there is the large living room with sofa bed, table, 2 door windows, 32 inch LED TV, separate kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, sink and hobs with everything you need to cook. The bathroom is equipped with sink, jar, bidet, shower and window. In the living room separated from the dresser, access to the double bed, all featuring a wooden covering floor. The house is equipped with an independent heating system, emergency light, mountain-style furniture, floors and wooden floors. The building has been recently constructed in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy saving laws, with low environmental impact, using solar thermal system for the production of hot water and pellets for winter heating.
